Q: Do I have to have the color shown?
A: No, we love to customize.
Q: How long does it take to get the playground after order?
A: Usually 4-6 weeks, some smaller items can ship faster. Swing parts ship in about a week.
Q: Do you make on-site visits?
A: Yes, we can usually get with you in about 1 weeks’ time.
Q: Can you assist with design and layout?
A: Yes we can also calculate the surfacing and related costs
Q: Can anyone install?
A: Yes, however we do suggest a Playground Supervisor if you never have done this before.
Q: Do you install?
A: Yes we have a crew that will travel anywhere in the US and abroad for installations.
Q: Do you have a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) on staff?
A: Yes, all of our installations and supervisions are done with a CPSI on-site.
Q: Is your equipment IPEMA certified?
A: Most of our products are. Playcraft is also an IPEMA testing site.
Q: Are your playgrounds made in the USA?
A: Playcraft Systems, SportsPlay, and Earthscapes Structures are. Dynamo is manufactured in Canada. Our goal is has always been about keeping jobs here at home vs. overseas.

A: We started back in 1973. We have many years of experience in the design of play areas. We stay up to date with the changing rules and regulations through CPSC, ASTM, ADAAG and IPEMA..
